Amerikanischer Geheimdienst berichtete über Ihn: 'He has been mixing with known fascist groups in Rosario and in company with one Oscar Chiesa of the firm Chiesa Hermanos of Rosario. He took photographs of the government oil cracking plant located in the San Lorenzo district of Rosario. He is reported to have taken photographs of the port installations at Rosario'. Am 16.
